Real Estate was going through a slump for the last few decades in Delhi as there were lot of projects which mushroomed in and around the outskirts of the capital, but were out of reach of middle class people. With the development of L Zone circuit, real estate market is set to make a complete turnaround, because this is cited to be the biggest development in residential space in Delhi.

It has been decided by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA), that an area in Dwarka L Zone Property with 22,840 hectares will be developed as the biggest Smart City which will be urbanised and is proposed to come under the new “land pooling” policy. This area has got tremendous potential with respect to superlative facilities and premium civic amenities like proper sanitation with solid waste management, uninterrupted power supply, complete wi-fi connectivity, proper layout and 24/7 water supply to name a few.

There will also be dynamic e-governance schemes with active participation of the residents of this region, making this area one of the most coveted residential areas of Delhi and National Capital Region (NCR). The distribution of facilities will be divided between the builders and the DDA. Because of the close proximity to the airport and superb connectivity, many eminent Real Estate owners of Delhi like revanta developers  have already rushed to build smart residency l zone Dwarka and started building residential complexes, villas, condominiums etc but at a reasonable rate.
